PONTOS, an INRIA spin-off founded in 2024, builds Doto, the AI for the people who work with marine resources.

At sea, crews use Doto by voice or text, even without network. They log their activities while they work, and Doto prepares the reports. Before departure, it can make operational suggestions based on the vessel's own past trips: what to check, where to go, how to operate.

Ashore, fleet owners see what each trip cost, vessel by vessel. Buyers receive lots documented at the source, ready for traceability requirements. Authorities can check a declaration against the trip, and lenders get a documented history they can finance on.

The data belongs to the fishers and cooperatives who produce it. Only anonymised data is used to improve our models, which learn from every documented trip.

Doto is free for crews to digitise their logbook and reports. Paid seats for operational analysis start at €20 per month, at the same price for every role in the value chain.

PONTOS is a mission-driven company (société à mission). We track fuel and time at sea per tonne landed, and we help producers who can prove where their fish comes from to negotiate better prices and better financing terms.
